Chilli Chicken Burger

Who said you can’t have burgers and still lose weight?

PREP 5mins | COOK TIME 10mins | Serves 1

INGREDIENTS

150g lean chicken breast
1 teaspoon hot chilli sauce (or sweet chilli cause if you prefer)
2 teaspoons low-fat mayo
A handful lettuce
1/2 carrot (grated)
1 slice beetroot (optional)
2 sliced tomato
1 wholemeal bread roll

METHOD

Heat frypan and spray with oil
When hot add chicken and cook for approx 4 min on each side or until cooked
Combine chili and mayo and spread on the roll
Add all salad
Add chicken and eat!
